AN A+ TO ARIZONA TEMPS
(And I'm back to writing!)
I obviously cannot get enough of taking photos of cactus blooms. Which prompts me to photo bomb the gorgeous white flowers before they disappear.
And can I get an AMEN? The weather has turned the corner, and mornings are cooler. I haven’t been out much to enjoy it since I just got over a cold, but on the few mornings I’ve gone for a walk, WOW! I almost went back and got a jacket.
I grew up in Kansas and saw some nasty clouds, but the ones in the photo above made me want to park the car and seek shelter. Let’s say I became a praying fool when my phone alert went off. Thankfully, our area only received rain from the storm.
WRITING NEWS:
Enough about the weather and cacti; I’m back to work on Book #13. It’s slow going because I’m trying to merge two manuscripts with 16,000 each into one book.
I can hear some of you murmuring out in cyberland, asking, “Why doesn’t Janetta just finish each book? Then she’d have two books for us to read?”
That would be great, but I realized after having an epiphany that the characters were great, but they couldn’t carry their own story. And I’m happy to report the book will have more comedy in it.
Stay tuned…‘cause melding them together could take a while.

I have to apologize for the mistake in last month's funny. It should have said: “…but Janetta CAN hear a mosquito fart from a mile away.” FYI: Ray is still alive after telling me about the boo-boo after I sent it.
